(Transaction #: 1505747. I received my order which was incomplete, missing the hash browns. I mentioned this to your employee who responded with, "Not everyone likes them so I didn't know". What makes your store employee's think they can decide for someone whether or not they want the full order which was paid for? I stated I bought the combo meal & expected to receive what I paid for. After receiving my full order I went to the V.A.M.C. to eat my meal when I discovered my sandwich didn't have bacon on it. This type of poor customer service is absurd & will not be a patron of Dunkin' Donuts, especially your location, any longer.
