Indira Price says: Me and my husband are satisfied customers of Dunkin Donuts (pleasant hills store) we get frequentely our coffee and donuts, and our favorite are "iced macchiato and iced coffee pumpkin flavor" tonight I got the pumpkin iced coffee which I asked the register Amber L. to add caramel flavor, cream and NO sugar, she was not really nice serving the coffe, when I was drinkin that coffe it was simple, warm and a lot of sugar. I did let her know and asked the favor to make me another, I'm sorry but she was not polite, and made me again a terrible coffe. I didn't ask refund and of course I let her the coffe, we're pretty disappointed for what happened. We get coffee every day, special because I work over night. Amber ruined 2 coffees, messed up the same order twice I didn't take either coffees and didn't ask for a refund I just refuse to spend anymore money in this location until someone teaches Amber some customer service skills and teach her how to properly make a beverage. There are a lot of competitors in the area who would love to have my business. Thank you
