Dorothy Williams says: on 4/18/2017 - I visited store #344318 and was waited on by two very police and friendly young ladies by the names: Missy and Britt. They not only filled my requested order but when a certain item was not available recommended an alterative choice which pleased my husband. We wanted to give them a tip for their service but was told that tipping was not allowed. Too bad - so many places accept tips and their employees are not nearly as kind and helpful as these two ladies were - especially when it was almost 10:00p.m. Even though we live in West Springfield, we often visit your facility because our visits are always pleasant.
