The ONLY thing I really like about this location is that it is NOT next to the cigar shop. I have encounter many rude baristas and especially one manger here. Along w/much misinformation. 1. Holiday drinks: some are included others aren't but this seems to depend on who you talk to. 2. Reusable cups "only for hot drinks" NOPE!!!! Get your act together and treat customers with kindness and respect. KILLING ME!
