Mask says: The manager should be fired for her BAD attitude and disrespect towards customers. Not wearing a mask and talking right where the food is being served. When asked about her mask I was told where's your mask and walked away. She should not have a mask hanging like an earring. This location has been dirty since they remodeled Years ago. Staff needs education on the need to clean and customer service.

T hodges says: The worst coffee shop ever on Taft st. Every time I go their the girl is rude as rude can get. She acts like your bothing her. Burnt the bagel one time another time same girl at 6 pm says the oven is off can't toast a bagel and the last time no one was answering the window had to go inside. The owner needs to fire all these employees and learn to hire quality people. Low life place. Have to say that the dunkin in Weston is 100% better and the workers are high end cream of the crop workers. Learn from that owner of the weston store on how to hire people. Will never go their again. Place is always empty. Gave it the benefit of a doubt but consistently horrible.
